• We offer both indoor and outdoor spots, but they are first come first serve!
• We are 45 minutes from city limits, on the way out to the mountains!
• Ask us about our shed sleds, clear space in your garage and store your toys here!
• The closest shot to camping in the mountains is through Blue Rock Provincial Park, just 20 minutes away!
• Cowboy Trail RV Storage is on an elk farm, and is carbon positive – powered by the large solar panels you see when entering the property.

• Diamond Valley residents receive a 5% discount on all storage fees!
Yes! First responders get a 5% discount on proof of employment.
General Terms Of Service
Availability
• Availability of preferred stall and/or unit size will be confirmed by CTRV within 24 hours of an inquiry
Payments
• All payments are to be made in advance or on the first day of the month for monthly terms and on or prior to the commencement of 6 month or annual term
• Accepted methods of payment include credit, direct debit, e-transfer, cheque and/or cash
Refundable Security Deposit
• A $100 security deposit is due upon booking. This deposit is fully refundable only if 14 days written or email notice is given prior to vacating less any charges for cleaning, repairs and/or damages.
Liability & Insurance
• CTRV does not insure any properties other than their own. CTRV will accept no liability for loss or damage to the tenant’s goods or units. The tenant confirms that stored goods and/or units are properly insured.
• Cowboy Trail RV is a high traffic yard so for the safety of our storage and ranch customers, any staff and all the 4-legged friends that abide on the land, we ask all pets remain in the vehicle at all times
Yard Hours & Access
• Access hours are from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week
• Recent investments and upgrades our business infrastructure, we use smartphone technology which enables you to open the gate from the safety and comfort of your vehicle in all weather conditions.
