General Terms Of Service
Availability
• Availability of preferred stall and/or unit size will be confirmed by CTRV within 24 hours of an inquiry
Payments
• All payments are to be made in advance or on the first day of the month.
• Accepted methods of payment include e-transfer and auto debit.
Refundable Security Deposit
• A one-time 50% of monthly payment is due upon booking.
This deposit is fully refundable only if 30 days written or email notice is given prior to vacating less any charges for cleaning, repairs and/or damages.
Liability & Insurance
• CTRV does not insure any properties other than their own. CTRV will accept no liability for loss or damage to the tenant’s goods or units. The tenant confirms that stored goods and/or units are properly insured.
• Cowboy Trail RV is a high traffic yard so for the safety of our storage and ranch customers, any staff and all the 4-legged friends that abide on the land, we ask all pets remain in the vehicle at all times
Yard Hours & Access
• Yard Hours and access, 24 hrs/day, 7 days a week. With our convenient smartphone app, you can enjoy a simple, hands-free way to enter the yard and access your unit anytime within yard hours.
